  • Notes
  • The Honeywell 333R Digitest is a digital multimeter with +- 0.5% accuracy, 100 microvolt resolution with 3  1/2 digit readout. Model 333 Bench/Portable is a related portable version with an optional nicad battery and an over-range indicator. Model 333R Bench/Rack model is AC only but gives an over-range digit.  The multimeter uses Nixie tubes.  It can measure DC voltages from 100 microvolts to 1000 volts, from 0.1 microamp to 1 ampere, and AC voltages from 300 microvolts to 300 volts and 0.3 microamp to 300 mA.  It reads resistance from 0.1 ohm to 1 megohm. An introductory article in the April 1968 issue of Electronics World gives further details and specifications.  The device was built for Honeywell in France.
