  • This model of Icom VHF UHF SHF Transceiver was announced in 2022. It uses a control head in the shack separated by an ethernet cable to control the RF module which is mounted close to the antenna. This system reduces cable loss which is very high at frequencies above UHF. 

    Wave bands: 144 / 430 / 1200 / 2400 / 5600 MHz. 10 GHz is also possible, with the optional CX-10G transverter.

    Modes: SSB / CW / FM / AM / RTTY / DV / DD / ATV.

    Output: 10 W for 144, 430 and 1200 MHz, 2 W for 2400 and 5600 MHz.

    Unified operation system with Icom IC-705.
