The Michigan 5 radio by the Imperial Radio Corporation in Grand Rapids. This radio originally had a badge over the Imperial logo stating it was a Standard model sold by National Electric Company in Cedar Rapids. Apparently National Electric acquired these radios from the Imperial Radio Corporation and remarketed them under the Standard label.
