Se trata de una variante del modelo AM-63 con ECC81. Sin embargo este modelo incorpora la válvula EL95, pentodo, para la osciladora de borrado de cinta y polarización.
Sustituye dicha válvula uno de los triodos de la ECC81, y el otro triodo lo sustituye por un diodo de germanio OA85.
