- The Nivico model 11A-7 from JVC is a portable with the following bands: Broadcast (MW) 535 - 1605 kc, SW: 2.1 - 4.5 mc, 4.5 - 10 mc, 11.6 - 12.1 mc, 15 - 15.6 mc, 17.6 - 18.2 mc and 21.3 - 22.2 mc. The front reads: Nivico 11 Transistor 7 Band and the sticker shows model 11A-7. We don't know if every transistor is used as a transistor - or some as diodes. You see also a picture of the A.C. ADAPTOR to use it on 220 V.
