  • Notes
  • This Klitzen Regenerative Receiving Set was advertised by Sears Roebuck Co. in a late teens Sears Roebuck Radio Apparatus catalog. The catalog itself is undated but there is a May 19, 1917 letter to Sears recommending their products by the ARRL so the catalog is probably a late 1917 or early 1918 offering. This set when used in connection with a .001 MFD variable condenser in the antennae circuit has a wavelength rage of 150 - 800 meters. It requires a Detector, preferably a tube detector to make use of the provision for regeneration.
