A hi-fi AM/FM stereo tuner with a digital frequency display. With a ceramic compound base that is resonance free, very rigid, and inert. It accepts 2 FM antennae with an A/B selector switch to allow selecting the one with the best reception for any given station. The signal strength meter doubles as a very accurate multipath indicator for selecting the best antenna placement. It has a total of 16 station presets, selectable IF Band (normal, narrow), recording level calibration, and a circuit called DNR (Dynamic Noise Reduction) which blends high frequencies on weak stations for better reception. On the back, a clip-on AM loop antenna, terminals for an AM antenna, two 75 ohm F type coaxial connections for FM antennae, RCA phono sockets for Fixed and Variable Line output and a rotary Output Level control.
