This RF generator was conceived to align MF circuits and other tuned circuits with a minimum of effort and a maximum of accuracy.
The calibration is directly applied to the scale. The measurement accuracy is ± 0.5%.
The RF circuit consists of a coupled cathode "Franklin oscillator", it is a very stable oscillator. The LF oscillator for internal modulation consists of a "Transitron circuit".
Wave bands 90 kHz - 30 MHz in 6 ranges:
- 90 - 250 kHz
- 250 - 600 kHz
- 0.6 - 1.5 MHz
- 1.5 - 4.0 MHz
- 4.0 - 10 MHz
- 10 - 30 MHz
