- The Lafayette catalog calls this model C-26 5 tube 3 bands Super Het with latest tubes including new all metal types for better short wave reception. Wave length is 200 to 560 meters broadcast, 66 to 187 meters and 16 to 50 meters for the short wave bands, "thus bringing you American broadcast, police and foreign stations." Three-gang condenser to tune a pre-selector stage. "The large airplane dial is clearly calibrated and easy to read too."
