- The Lafayette catalog calls these two chassis, C-75 (4 bands) and C-76 (5 bands) Auburn Magnificent (for the discriminating buyer). Auburn bandspread system, reception 12.5 to 550 meters, for C-76 plus LW (up to 2000 meters). "Fractional microvolt sensitivity (0.8 to 1.5 microvolts absolute) is your guarantee of loud speaker signals on short-wave and croadcast stations all over the world. Other features include automatic volume control (AVC), automatic compensated tone control, rubber mounted chassis and provision for all types of antennas.
The C-75-Auburn 12-tube Magnificent All-Wave Superheterodyne chassis and speaker, with tubes, less cabinet, tuner dimensions: 12.5" wide x 10" high x 11" deep.
