- Notes
- The Rider's schematic 10-8 has been drawn Sept. 26, 1935 and shows the same schematic for M-41 and M-43. This family uses 3 tuned IF filters. Oscillator is the tube 56. The 55 is the diode detector incl. for AVC. Four different bands are reached by rotary band switching: BC 194 - 555 m, 72.4 - 216 m, 32.3 - 96.2 m and 12 to 33 m. Tone control, calibrated 2-speed dial. Push-pull output. Sensivity is better than 2.5 microvolts per meter with 10 kc selectivity.
The family shows on page 7 of the catalog as M-39, M-40, M-41 and M-42 but there is also a console and a combination for both power versions:
M-61 and M-62 (220 volts) Dual Wave Patrician consoles and M-55 / M-56 as Phono-Radio Midget combination. By the way: The catalog shows for M-62 and M-64 25-60 cycles but on all others of the same chassis and voltage 25 - 40 cycles. We assume a typo and stick to the 25 - 40 cycles. See picture details and see details and summaries for the models of this catalog no. 53 for 1933 (Season 1932/33).
