  • Notes
  • This family of 10 tube Dual Speaker models is shown by Rider's (drawn Sept. 27, 1935) as M-65 only, which is the chassis - and M-65 is also the only model with only one speaker. The M-66 chassis is for 220-240 volts 25-40 cycles as are M-68 chassis and console M-52. M-67 and M-68 are dual speaker chassis and M-51 and M-52 consoles. All are met by the Rider's schematic for M-65. They all feature an adjustable muting system with a tube 56, the other 56 is the oscillator. The 55 is used as diode detector only. For the M-52 and M-68 the catalog mentions 220-240 volts 25-60 cycles but we believe this is an error since the chassis is for 25-40 cycles.
