The Lowther Manufacturing Company moving coil pick-up is fitted with a diamond or tungsten carbide reproducing point.
This pick-up has been described as " the pick-up of our age," due to its very many fine features and in particular, its most outstanding performance, giving finesse of reproduction hitherto unknown, a great reduction of record wear, and the constant performance due to the polished diamond styli.
