A solid-state stereo preamplifier. Two front panel jacks enable one to record, playback or copy with an external tape recorder. There is a jack for stereo headphone (600 ohms and above) that automatically cuts off the speakers when the headphones are plugged in. Each stereo channel has its own separate bass and treble tone controls. There is an input selector knob for microphone, up to two phonographs, tape head, tuner, TV, and two AUX inputs. One can operate two additional amplifiers for remote monophonic speakers through the separate center channel output which has its own level control, and which provides a total blending of the two stereo channels. Price in 1968 $325, optional oiled walnut cabinet $24.50.
