Receiver utilizing single carborundum crystal. A potentiometer allows for adjustment of the the detector voltage. The set requires high resistance headphones.
The No. 20 receiver is associated with the Marconi 1 1/2kW shipboard spark station. The multiple tuner of the station would be used either with the magnetic detector, or with the crystal receiver.
