McElroy Telegraph Apparatus Company (TAC) CP-810 Bug
TAC keys are charcterized by a frame with a large circular hole drilled through it for the lever. They are often calld "Hole-in-the-Wall" bugs because of the circular hole.
They are quite common. Model CP-810 (All-chromed), Model CP-510 (Black base).
