  • Calibrator with three crystal controlled oscillators, 0.1, 1 and 10 MHz. Generates harmonics from 0.1 to 1000 MHz.

    Very useful for calibrating BC band radio's since this oscillator generates accurate harmonics that are crystal oscillator based.  With the output (RCA connector) connected to the radio antenna and the radio set to the BC band, set the calibrator to the 1MHz band and verify signal when radio dial is set to 1MHz.  Then switch calibrator to 100kHz, set radio dial to 600kHz and adjust radio padder for loudest signal, then move radio dial to 1500kHz and adjust for loudest signal.
