  • Notes
  • This is a very rugged frequency oscillator, made to operate in three AC switch-selectable mains voltage ranges: 80 volts, 115 volts or 230 volts at a very wide mains frequency range: 50 to 2600 Hz or with DC battery power. The unit is capable of 3 mW RF output from 40 to 400 MHz and 1 mW of RF output from 400 to 500 MHz. The RF frequency is selected in two ranges: 40 to 115 MHz and 115 to 500 MHz. Modulation can be off, pulsed at 500 pulses per second with a 70 ms pulse duration or a continuous 1000 Hz sine wave. The RF output is an N-type connector with a center pin that raises up to become an antenna.

Considering the possibility of using the harmonics of the generator up to a frequency of 3 GHz, the lengths correlated to these frequency values are provided in the attached diagram.
