This is the licensed production of the British Wireless Set No. 19, which was licensed in the US and Canada and for which larger quantities have been delivered to Russia under the Lend Lease Agreement. This explains the bilingual inscriptions in English Cyrillic on the front panel of a U.S. device.
Hierbei handelt es sich um die Lizenzproduktion des britischen Wireless Set No. 19, das in den USA und Canada in Lizenz gefertigt wurde und von dem im Rahmen des Lend Lease - Abkommens grössere Mengen nach Russland geliefert wurden, was die zweisprachige Beschriftung englisch - kyrillisch auf der Frontplatte eines U.S.-Geräts erklärt.
