Receiver of radio set TRC-8, covers 230 - 250 MHz, built-in meter, manual tuning. Manufacturer Espey Mfg. Co. Inc. known.
Continuously tuned and single conversion superheterodyne, it allows the reception of frequency modulated signals. The low frequency audio signal is sent to the V11 which performs two functions:
A) Final power amplifier for the high fidelity channel, which has a bandwidth of 200 to 12,000 Hz sent to High Fidelity channel output.
B) Low fidelity signal amplifier 200 ÷ 2,800 Hz which is sent to the internal loudspeaker and headphones.
