Gemäss Logo beim Schriftzug und auch Typenschild auf der Rückseite ist die japanische Standard Radio Corp., Tokyo, Hersteller des Geräts, von deutschen grossen Funkvertrieb Richter / Ricofunk stammt die Bezeichnung Minix als Brand.
