  • The Montgomery Ward Ultra Airline was a one-tube TRF regenerative receiver. This set used the Ultra Audion regenerative detector circuit in which a parallel resonant circuit is connected between the grid and the plate of a vacuum tube, and a variable capacitor is connected between the plate and cathode to control the amount of regeneration.
