- The Motorola Model A1N is an AC/DC operated 5 Tube AM Receiver. Color = Espresso Brown. BC Band Tuning Range: 535 to 1620KHz. Sams photofact set 491 folder 9 date 7-60 features Motorola models A1B, A1N, A1R and A1W which have the same schematic. Some models have additional numbers after the model number (23, 32, 46), however the Motorola datasheet does not indicate additional numbers in the model name, thus these numbers are probably date codes or production run codes.
