  • Notes
  • The Motorola T-1130A is a frequency and modulation monitor used to check the frequency of VHF radio frequency monitors.  A receiver in the monitor receives the National Bureau of Standards WWV time signal (5, 10, or 15 Mhz) as the basic reference frequency.  The calibration oscillator is then "zero beat" against WWV to set the control receiver precisely on frequency.

Direct-reading measurement of RF carrier displacement from assigned center frequency. Up to five carrier frequencies in any one band monitored with pre-set crystal controlled circuits.

Additional channel monitoring through simple crystal exchange.
Modulation deviation monitoring for both narrow and wideband systems with maximum displacement indication displayed directly in kilocycles.

Oscilloscope connection provisions on front panel for modulation deviation monitoring.
