The Motorola PT300 Handie-Talkie FM Radio is a portable transceiver. It was available with different "power packs," including D-cells, lantern batteries, rechargeable nickel-cadium and 117 VAC. They operate on the VHF range of 136 to 174 mHz with 8 watts of output power.
