    Measures from -0.01 Volts to +1.92 Volts on three ranges of x1, x0.1 and x0.01.
    Smallest subdivision x0.01 range, 10 microVolts.
    Small negative reading ensures an absolute zero volts position.
    Accurate current control by stud rheostat and slide wire.
    Separate standard cell balancing circuit.
    Terminals for two external circuits selected by switch.
