The National RBL-5 is a longwave receiver, covering 15 - 600 kHz in six bands. It is a TRF receiver with regenerative detector. It was used by US Navy in marine communications (Navy designation CNA-46161B). There was an optional 6-volt vibrator pack (CNA-20214) availavable, as well as the ability to use external batteries.
