  • Made in Japan. AM only.  Thin design required components on circuit board to be bent over to allow room for the speaker.  Metal disc on back of radio covers the protrusion of the speaker. Powered by two 1.5v 'watch' type batteries, accessible by a metal, latch type battery door.
