  • Notes
  • US-export model based on the German domestic 'Transita stereo de Luxe' (ref. Mod.-ID = 86114). Very similar to the Transita in physical apparance (except for cosmetic differences in the front panel and all-English nomenclature). Frequency coverage is identical: LW 145...260 kHz; MW (AM) 515...1650 kHz; SW 5,95...6,2 MHz (49m); FM 87,5...108 MHz (also FM-stereo). Portable stereo; power output 1,6W max/channel (method of measurement not specified). The receiver has two separate loudspeaker boxes (each containing a 9x15cm/approx 4x6 inch oval speaker) which when closed shield the front with the scale and 6 knobs. Speakers can function while attached to (attaching hardware provides the electrical connections) or separated from the receiver (connecting cables stored in the speaker boxes). 9 push buttons on top (Mono, Phono, AFC, LW, AM, SW, FM, dial light, ON-OFF); one telescopic antenna. (Interesting to note that this export version shows 50 instead of 60 cycles ('50P/s Hz').)
