The Clock appears to be made by Magneta Time Co. Ltd, a subsiduary of British Vacuum Cleaner (Maker of Goblin Products, also made in Belfast, though with Leatherhead, England labels). See the similar slightly earlier Goblin Timespot Clock / Radio.
Wooden side panels but main body may be Plastic / Perspex.
