  • Notes
  • The NSM 3101 is a two piece 100 disc CD changer system.
This CD management system is used in commercial jukeboxes worldwide.
It is a sleek metal and smoked glass unit.

CD3101AC  is the CD changer, which accepts two 50 disc  magazines.
CD3101 is the controller. It is a stand-alone single disc player, a Philips CD634 unit modified by NSM.
They are connected with a COM1 cable.

Data is transfered in ASCII-code between the CD changer controller and the host computer (PC) via a 9-pronged RS232 interface.

NSM-CD3101AC has each tray position individually numbered. There are two banks of 50 trays, each bank swings out for easy disc loading. A smoked glass door swings down in front, latches at the top.

    PICK-UP FUNCTION
The pickup serves to transport the CDs between the magazines and the player.
