  • National Model RS-773 Stereo Tape Recorder

    A four-track monaural and stereo tape recorder with three speeds and push-button keyboard control. Housed in vinyl covered plywood cabinet.

    Features: An oscillator valve, 20 transistors and two final amplifier valves power the two separate speaker systems. One recording, one playback and one erase head, built-in sound-on-sound by means of slide switch. Recordings can be monitored from source or tape by the flick of a switch, and played over a special outlet for stereophonic earphones or over the built-in speakers. Continuous reading VU meters, two separate input level controls and one combined output tone control. Automatic tape-end stop.

    Built-in public address system.

    Specifications: power source, AC 100-250V (50-60 C/s (Hz)) with a power consumption of
    85W and a power output of 3W x 2 (stereo) and 6W (monaural).
