- The Philco 10L42 is a chassis for 21" b/w TV's with US standard VHF Tuner channels 2 thru 13. Used in various "H" line Philco TV's. Uses VHF tuner T-100A and picture tube 21EVP4. This chassis is similar to chassis 10L41 except uses Qty(2) silicon rectifiers in place of the 5U4GB tube and also uses remote control model RC-50.
