  • Notes
  • Model 42-1005 uses Philco's "Beam of Light" phonograph pickup with a manual turntable. Philco 1942 RMS Yearbook states an audio output power of 15 watts, which is clearly a typo; most likely 1.5 watts. Codes 121 and 122 are similar in design except for the speakers, number of tubes, and rectifier circuit. Code 122 uses a very unusual rectifier circuit, with a 50Y6GT serving as rectifier for most of the radio, and a 50L6GT (!) serving as rectifier for the speaker field.
