- According to Ramirez, Philco model 42-131T (wooden cabinet) is one of the very few new models introduced by Philco in early 1942 (after U.S. entrance into WWII). It has the same chassis as model 42-121CB (bakelite cabinet). The Philco 1942 RMS Yearbook shows both 455 and 470 kHz for IF frequency for this chassis.
