Th model C-1452 from Philco is equipped with a vibrator for the generation of B+. It has Philco code 121. There are different control panels possible. This one here is for Chrysler. See also the same model C-1452 for 1938 Dodge and 1938 Plymouth passenger cars. There are also very similar other models - like for instance C-1550 with a tube 42 instead of 41.
