Model 90-AL-270/95 appears to use the same or similar semi-conductor components as the Spanish 90-AL-270/00 with 11 transistors and 14 diodes.
The power switch controls the low voltage, after rectification, only, leaving the transformer, rectifying diodes, 6 capacitors and a transistor under constant load.
Despite the Asian manufacture, the radio is intended for the European market as can be seen from the dial markings.
