For Philips internal use. Used for measuring a.o. the AVR voltage in radio receivers without loading it down. This is done by means of a Wheatstone bridge in which one of the resistors is replaced by a valve to obtain a high input impedance.
R1 is used for electrically zeroing the meter (input should be shorted).
R2 is used to adjust the sensitivity.
