Beim B4D93A MERKUR hat PHILIPS eine Tastenkonstruktion verwendet die nicht haltbar war: die aus Kunststoff bestehenden Tasten brechen an der mechanisch am höchsten belasteten Stelle - dem Achsgelenk.

Mein MERKUR hatte nur noch zwei intakte Tasten. Ich habe die Tasten nachgebaut - im Anhang ist ein PDF Dokument das die einzelnen Schritte der Verfahrensweise beschreibt.

Da ich die beiden Silikonformen, die ich gemacht und für den Nachbau benutzt habe nicht mehr benötige,schenke ich sie gerne dem ersten der sich bei mir meldet (miklaha @ gmx.de). Ebenso die benötigten Glasfasern und Farbpaste.
