This model was advertised by Philips in 1936. It is also listed in the Staleman overview of Philips models, as well as in the Philips instruction manual "Replacing outdated tube types with current ones".
However, this model is not 100% certain to have existed. There are two model variants 518AU and 518HU with slightly different characteristics.
