- Notes
-
An AC/DC mains table radio covering MW (190-555 metres), LW (1100-2000 metres) and VHF (86-104MHz). Sockets for external AM and FM aerials. Released February 1958 price £15 3s 4d plus purchase tax.
Dial lamp 20V 0.1A (paralleled with Thermistor in series with heaters). The important rating for a replacement is the 100mA current. An 18V or 24V bulb (or even at a pinch 12V) with 100mA and adjust main tap slightly will work better than a higher current bulb.
