- This AM/FM synthesized tuner is ordinary with respect to tuning and receiving, but has some unique features. The display is of the vacuum fluorescent type with blue/green and orange segments. The digital tuner displays time in 24 hour format while the tuner is off. To the right of the digital display is an analog clock display that also displays the on/off timers should you program them. The AM section could be set to 10 kHz or 9 kHz steps
