The model Type AVC consists of the Type AVA Regenerative Receiver and the Type ATC Detector Cabinet together in a split panel single cabinet arrangement. The AVA covers the 175-475 meters wavelength range. There was also available the matching Type A-2 two stage audio amplifier if the user desired to use an external speaker.
