A 22 cm / 9 inch (8 x 6 inch visible size) round CRT "Black Screen" B/W 405 lines table TV with a single channel GB VHF band I tuner, aligned to the London (Crystal Palace) transmitter channel 4. This is the Fringe version of the Pye LV30 model with an extra pre-amplifier EF80 valve. Power consumption 100 - 125 W. Released September 1950 price £39 12s 8d plus purchase tax,See also the Pye LV30C/F console version model with the same chassis and CRT.
