- Frequency Converter: converts 100 kHz IF of RA-17 / RA-117 receivers to 14 kHz used by Plessey PV-78 RTTY converter / keyer.
Variant: earlier RA-70A provides a fine tuning possibility with a dial,
later RA-70 came only with red power on / pilot light.
The RA-70 is used in RA-103 and RA-129 systems.
