This was Radio Shack's lowest priced and longest running amplifier and appeared in the catalogs from 1975-1994 as Cat. No. 31-1982 for a price of $29.95.  The size remained the same, but there was a slight style change starting in 1979.  The 1975-1978 catalog pictures show slide switches, whereas the later models have lever switches.

The SA-10 (31-1982B) was produced starting approximately in 1991 and production ended in 1994.  The only difference between this model and the the earlier SA-10 (31-1982A) is a circuit change involving fewer transistors and adding 2 ICs.  The original model SA-10 (31-1982) had a slightly different cabinet.
