- Notes
-
Soon after the 8TP-series was in production, a new 7-transistor 1-diode circuitry was introduced, the 7RT1.
Only 3 RF-transistors (instead of 5 in the original 8RT1 circuit) were used for
oscillator-, mixer-, and the one-transistor IF-stage. Followed by: diode detector, 1st AF-stage, AF driver and the 2-transistor push-pull output stage. The 7RT1 chassis was actually the original 8TP-chassis, with one transistor socket intentionally not assembled.
This was modified in the 7RT1B-chassisLate units were equipped with 3x CK760, 1N295, 2N130, 2N132, 2x2N138
Available colours: 8TP1 (tan), 8TP2 (brown), 8TP3 (beige) and 8TP4 (red)
