The RCA models 8X541, 8X542 and 8X547 share the same schematic at Beitman vol. 9, Rider vol. 18, page RCA 45 and SAMS set 59 folder 16. Chassis are there listed as RC-1065 and RC-1065A but we know at least also the suffixes C, D, F, H, J, K, L and M. See chassis pictures, for instance for 8X542 with chassis RC 1065L. The suffixes indicate earlier or later production. The difference between 8X541 (Maroon), 8X542 (Ivory) and 8x547 (White) is the color of the same cabinet.
