Made for RCA by General Electric. In conjunction with the AR1300 regenerative tuner , the AA1400 made up a regenerative receiver. This combination, painted green and with silver plated dials, was replaced by 1923 by the Radiola V Model AR-885 which appeared nearly identical except painted with a woodgrained finish and with a wood top cover to be more aesthetically pleasing.
