The RCA BX6 is a AC/DC/battery operated 5 tube BC band receiver. Uses Selenium rectifier when powered from the 115V line.
The BC band frequency range is 540 to 1600kHz.
This early production version uses chassis RC-1082, which uses a standard tension spring for the dial cord. The late production version uses chassis RC-1082A, which uses a semicircular dial cord tension spring.
